Received a wrong or defective item?

Like you, we're shoppers and we understand the pain of receiving something that doesn't work out for us.

We always do our best to send out items in a condition that we'd be happy to receive ourselves. However, we're human too and may sometimes make mistakes.

If you receive a wrong or faulty item, we sincerely apologize! Please send us an email at support@lovetrendify with clear pictures (.png or .jpg format only) of your item within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Once your exchange/replacement request is approved by email, we will send you the correct item at no additional cost to you!

Ordered the wrong shoe size or it doesn't fit?

No worries! You are welcome to get in touch with us and we will be happy to send you a pair in your right size! All shoes are eligible for 1 free exchange (no additional cost to you), subject to availability. Our size exchange policy is designed to make your shopping experience with us hassle-free.

To request an exchange, all you have to simply do is provide us with your order number, a picture of your new & unworn shoes, the requested size for the exchange, and the reason the shoe didn't fit. Your request must be made within 25 days after receiving your shoes.

Please note: size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will NOT be eligible for an exchange.

Money-Back Guarantee on All Ready-Made Retail Orders

We accept returns for retail orders. This meansthat all items, except custom-made items and free items you receive by just paying for shipping & handling, qualify for a full and courteous refund or store credits. 

To be eligible for a full refund or store credits, your item(s) must be unused and returned to us in the same condition that was delivered to you. It must also be in the original packaging and returned to us with a shipment tracking number. We won't charge any fee for processing a return. All you have to do is cover the postage to send the item back to us.

Please email us at support@lovetrendify.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel to request a refund. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your shipment, please understand that your item will automatically be considered used/worn and unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, credits or replacement.
